My Mission

I'm just your friendly neighborhood personal trainer with a passion for writing about what I know.

Fitness is my work and my lifestyle, but it wasn't always that way. I know well the work it takes to succeed. So I make it my mission to help other people through their transition into becoming the most powerful, confident and capable person they never knew they could be. By day, I train at Tewksbury Sports Club, but I always like to share my ideas for everyone to benefit from, mostly because I believe that fitness makes better people, and therefore makes a better world.
